- Office hrs M, T, W, Th. 8:15am-5:15pm; 1 hour for lunch.
- 8 hour day
- Display confidence and empathy when connecting with patients on the phone and in person to address their needs.
- Be on your feet for most of the day.
- Follow the schedule accurately and bring patients to treatment rooms on time.
- Multitask while being punctual.
- Assist colleagues with basic tasks and documentation.
- Work without selfish behavior. We work together to grow the office together.
- Be drama free, dependable, and coachable.
- Perform basic sterilization and room turnover with OSHA compliance (will train!)
- Perform office cleanliness and tidiness (bathroom, lobby, hallways).
- Quickly learn computer tasks, software, electronic patient charts (HIPAA compliant–will train!)
